Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before booking your adventure with Ozon Light Tours Limited.
1. General Terms
- Ozon Light Tours will provide service as per the confirmed quote tailored to the customer's preferences.
- The customer will follow all instructions as given by their tour guide.
- All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and include VAT, government, and local taxes.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
- Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when a 30% payment is received in full by Ozon Light Tours.
- Final Balance: The remaining 70% must be paid one month before the tour start date.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via transfer methods agreed with Ozon Light Tours.
3. Cancellation Policy
If a booking is canceled or amended, the following charges apply:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival:10% of total cost
- 46 to 60 days prior to arrival:20% of total cost
- 15 to 45 days prior to arrival:50% of total cost
- 14 days or less prior to arrival:100% of total cost
4. Customer Complaints
Any complaints must be reported to the management or tour guide during the client's safari or within one week after.
Ozon Light Tours will not consider claims made one week after the safari without prior notice. Claims will be negotiated by mutual agreement or, if necessary, through legal means.
5. Services & Accommodations
Ozon Light Tours will provide the services as per the confirmed booking. If we are unable to accommodate clients as booked, alternative accommodations will be arranged at an equivalent or higher standard, with any rate differences covered by Ozon Light Tours.
6. Confidentiality
All terms and rates provided in this agreement are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
7. Modifications & Breach
- Any changes to this agreement must be communicated prior and agreed upon by both parties.
- Any breach of these terms and conditions by the customer may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
